But our new favorite pit might be this Viking Ship fire pit. It’s completely handmade from steel, and each one is unique and one-of-a-kind. A perfect gift idea for fans of the show Vikings, Minnesota Vikings fans, or just anyone with Norse Heritage or from Scandinavia.
The Viking Ship Fire Pit is made and sold by Canadian Etsy shop ImagineMetalArt, who coincidentally also makes the Lord of The Rings Sauron fire pit that we’ve featured before. They also make a bunch of other unique metal fire pits along with other cool metal fabrications that you can check out here.
The Viking Ship Fire Pit is made from 16 gauge steel and measures approximately 39 inches long x 16 inches wide. The ship features a large opening in the center of the vessel where you can place your wood and start your fire, along with a steel viking flag that has a 3-horn viking symbol on it. 5-6 Rows also protrude out from each side of the ship as if it’s actually being rowed along the sea by vikings. If you’d like to customize the flag, the creator can also do something else like a name, initials, or anything else on the flag.
The Viking Ship fire pit is shipped from Canada so there may be some duty fees for delivery to your country. You can expect to get the ship around 3-4 weeks after ordering, and it’ll run you around 165 bucks to ship the viking fire pit to you.
If you don’t want to use the viking ship as a fire pit, you can also just use it as a piece of decor in your home, or use it to store logs by your fireplace, or magazines, books, etc…
