Independent product discovery since 2012
We find the internet’s weirdest products—so you don’t have to.
OddityMall is an independent online publication about unusual products, clever inventions, cool gadgets, unique gifts, and designs that make ordinary life considerably less ordinary.
Some finds are genuinely useful. Others are gloriously unnecessary. The best ones somehow manage to be both.

Our story
A home for products that make you say, “Wait, that exists?”
OddityMall was founded in 2012 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a simple mission: search the web for products people would actually want to stop scrolling for. More than a decade and thousands of discoveries later, that mission has not changed much. The internet has simply become much, much larger—and apparently more willing to put motors, cup holders, Bluetooth, hidden compartments, and suspicious amounts of engineering into absolutely everything.
We cover imaginative product design in all its forms: useful inventions, unusual home and kitchen gear, ambitious outdoor equipment, strange vehicles, playful pet products, geeky collectibles, ridiculous luxuries, novelty gifts, and the occasional object that appears to have escaped from a very creative dream.
OddityMall is a publication, not a store. We introduce readers to interesting products and link to the independent retailers, manufacturers, designers, crowdfunding campaigns, or marketplaces where more information may be available. We do not process orders, hold inventory, ship packages, or manage returns.
Our sweet spot is the place where clever, useful, giftable, funny, and completely excessive overlap.
The OddityMall filter
How we find and choose unusual products
We look through new product launches, independent design shops, established retailers, maker projects, manufacturer announcements, crowdfunding platforms, trade coverage, and tips from readers and creators. A product does not have to be practical, affordable, or even sensible. It does have to be interesting enough to earn a closer look.
01
Discover
We scout for original, surprising, useful, funny, giftable, or visually remarkable products across the web.
02
Verify
We check the product’s identity, purpose, maker or seller, key details, images, price, and availability using the best sources we can find.
03
Explain
We translate product pages and technical details into a clear, entertaining story about what the thing is, how it works, and who might enjoy it.
04
Maintain
Products change, sell out, move, and occasionally vanish into the internet fog. We correct details and repair links when issues are found or reported.
What makes something OddityMall-worthy?
- It solves an ordinary problem in an unusually clever way.
- It makes a memorable gift or a very effective conversation starter.
- Its design, scale, mechanism, or purpose is genuinely surprising.
- It is funny without needing a twelve-paragraph explanation of the joke.
- It is ambitious enough to make us wonder who approved the prototype—and then thank them.
- There is enough credible information to explain it accurately to readers.

How OddityMall works
We are an editorial discovery site
OddityMall publishes product news and discovery stories. Unless an article specifically says otherwise, coverage should not be read as a hands-on product test. We research public information from makers, sellers, campaigns, and other relevant sources, then explain what is known in plain English.
Some links may earn us a commission
OddityMall participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. If you follow an eligible link and make a purchase, OddityMall may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. That revenue helps support product research, writing, and operation of the site.
The retailer is the seller
Prices, stock, specifications, shipping, taxes, warranties, returns, and customer service are controlled by the third-party seller. Always review the current product page and retailer policies before buying. Product details can change after an OddityMall story is published.
Accuracy, corrections, and creator credit
We aim to describe every product fairly, distinguish verified facts from developing details, and credit images or makers when that information is available. If you find an error, broken link, or outdated product detail, please use our general contact form. Copyright, trademark, attribution, and removal issues have a dedicated rights request form.

Meet the people behind the finds
OddityMall is operated by Nigelco LLC from the Minneapolis area. The site’s writers and product scouts share an enthusiast’s eye for clever design, a healthy respect for practical details, and a completely unhealthy willingness to investigate a full-size backyard submarine before breakfast.
Meet James Harrison, OddityMall writer and product scout, and explore his latest discoveries, areas of interest, and approach to evaluating unusual products and memorable gift ideas.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about OddityMall, ordering, shipping, and submissions
The short version: OddityMall helps you discover unusual products, but the retailer handles the actual purchase. Open any question below for the details.
Does OddityMall sell products?
No. OddityMall is an online publication and product discovery site, not a retailer or marketplace. We write about unusual products and link to third-party sites where readers can learn more or buy them.
How do I buy something featured on OddityMall?
Open the OddityMall article for the product and use its retailer or product link. Before purchasing, confirm the current price, model, specifications, availability, and seller on the destination site. Your order is placed with that seller—not with OddityMall.
Can OddityMall ship a product to my country?
OddityMall does not ship products. Shipping destinations, costs, delivery times, customs fees, and import restrictions depend on the third-party retailer and your location. Check the seller’s shipping information or contact the seller before ordering.
What is OddityMall’s return or refund policy?
Because OddityMall does not sell or fulfill products, we do not process returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or warranty claims. The policy of the retailer that accepted your order applies. Your order confirmation should identify that company and provide its customer-service details.
Who should I contact about an order, delivery, charge, or missing package?
Contact the retailer named on your receipt, order confirmation, bank statement, or payment-service record. OddityMall cannot access another company’s order system or customer account. If you are unsure which seller you used, search your email for the product name and words such as “order,” “receipt,” or “shipment.”
Why is the price different from the price in an OddityMall article?
Retailers can change prices, run promotions, introduce new versions, or sell in different currencies at any time. A price mentioned in an article reflects the information available when it was written or last meaningfully updated. The current seller page is the final source for price and purchase terms.
What if a product is sold out, discontinued, or linked incorrectly?
Please send us the article URL and a short description of the problem. Products often sell out, move to a new page, change names, or disappear entirely. Reports from readers help us repair links and clarify availability.
Does OddityMall test every product it features?
No. OddityMall is primarily a product news and discovery publication. Unless an article clearly describes hands-on testing or first-hand use, our coverage is based on research using information and media from manufacturers, designers, sellers, crowdfunding campaigns, and other relevant sources. Readers should review the current seller information and independent customer feedback before buying.
How does OddityMall choose which products to feature?
We look for products with a clear and unusual idea: clever inventions, memorable gifts, funny designs, ambitious engineering, surprising usefulness, or sheer “how is this real?” energy. We also need enough reliable information to explain the product accurately. A submission does not guarantee coverage.
Are links on OddityMall affiliate links?
Some are. OddityMall participates in affiliate advertising programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. We may earn a commission when a reader makes an eligible purchase after following one of those links, at no additional cost to the reader.
Can I submit my product or a product I found?
Absolutely. Use the dedicated product submission form to send a product tip. Include the official product name, a direct product or manufacturer URL, and a short explanation of what makes it unusual. Clear, factual submissions are much easier to evaluate than a mysterious link accompanied only by “you have to see this.”
Can I pay to guarantee that my product will be featured?
A standard product submission does not guarantee publication. For advertising, partnership, or other commercial inquiries, please use the OddityMall contact form and clearly describe the proposed arrangement. Any material commercial relationship should be disclosed to readers where it applies.
How do I report an error or request an update?
Use our general contact form and include the exact OddityMall article URL, the detail that appears incorrect, and a source for the corrected information if you have one. Specific reports help us investigate and update pages faster.
How do I request image, copyright, or trademark removal?
Please use the dedicated rights and removal form. Identify the protected material, each OddityMall page where it appears, your authority to act, and the requested action so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
Does OddityMall publish a printed catalog?
No. OddityMall is an online publication and does not mail a printed catalog or product brochure. New finds are published on the website, and newsletter signup opportunities appear throughout the site for readers who prefer unusual products delivered digitally.
Where is OddityMall based, and who operates it?
OddityMall was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 2012 and is operated by Nigelco LLC. It is an online publication with readers and product sources from around the world; it is not a physical retail store.
How can I contact OddityMall?
Use the general contact form for questions, corrections, media, accessibility, advertising, or partnerships. Product tips belong on the product submission form, copyright, trademark, attribution, or removal issues belong on the rights request form, and data-rights or privacy choices belong on the privacy request form. For an order, return, shipment, or charge, contact the third-party retailer directly.
