What to include in your message
01
The exact page
For a correction, broken link, or accessibility issue, include the full OddityMall URL instead of describing the page as “the one with the giant chair.” We have several giant chairs.
02
The useful detail
Tell us what is incorrect, unavailable, hard to use, or worth discussing. Specific messages are easier to investigate and route.
03
A reliable reply address
Use an email address you check. If your message needs clarification, that is where the OddityMall team will respond.
Need help with an order?
OddityMall is an independent publication, not the store that sold or shipped the product. We cannot view retailer accounts, track packages, cancel orders, issue refunds, or process warranty claims.
Check your receipt, confirmation email, bank statement, or payment-service record for the seller’s name and customer-service details. The OddityMall FAQ has additional guidance about ordering, shipping, returns, prices, and discontinued products.
Contact FAQ
Common questions before you write
Where does the contact form send my message?
General contact submissions are emailed directly to [email protected] with your selected topic in the subject line. Your email address is placed in the reply-to field so the team can respond without copying it by hand.
Can I report an article error or broken product link here?
Yes. Choose “Correction or broken link,” add the exact article URL, and explain what changed. If available, include an official manufacturer, seller, or creator source that supports the correction.
Should I use this form to pitch a product?
No. Use the dedicated product submission form. It asks for the product details and links the editorial team needs, which makes the pitch easier to evaluate.
Should I send a copyright complaint through this form?
No. Use the dedicated copyright and removal request form. It collects ownership, location, contact, declaration, and signature information that a general contact form does not.
Can OddityMall guarantee a reply?
We review messages, but volume, spam, incomplete details, and messages intended for third-party retailers can prevent an individual response. A complete, clearly routed message gives the team the best chance to help.
Can I contact OddityMall by email instead?
Yes. You may email [email protected]. The form is recommended because it applies the right subject, checks important fields, and helps keep general messages separate from product and rights submissions.
