Fake TV Light Burglar Deterrent

The Fake TV Light is a light that you turn on while you are not home so that from outside it looks like someone is watching TV inside the house. The TV light simulates the light output of a 27 inch lcd television so that the home looks occupied and will hopefully deter thieves. Just hope that you don't get one of those blind thieves coming by to steal things, unless this thing outputs the audio tracks from I Love Lucy as well, but at that point you might as well just leave the actual TV on.
