The rules for using OddityMall
Browse the weird stuff. Use the site responsibly.
These Terms explain what OddityMall provides, what it does not provide, and the conditions that apply when you browse, submit information, or follow a third-party product link.
Effective date: August 3, 2026. OddityMall is operated by Nigelco LLC in Minnesota.
Before the legal details
Four things to know
01
OddityMall is a publication
We discover and explain unusual products. We are usually not the manufacturer, retailer, seller, shipper, or payment processor.
02
Details can change
Prices, availability, specifications, shipping, campaigns, and retailer terms can change after an article is published. Verify them with the seller.
03
Some links earn commission
OddityMall may earn a commission when a reader purchases through an affiliate link. A standard product submission does not guarantee coverage.
04
Third parties set purchase terms
Orders, charges, warranties, returns, delivery, and customer service are governed by the third party you choose to use.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Nigelco LLC d/b/a OddityMall (“OddityMall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing odditymall.com and related OddityMall-operated forms and services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 13 to use the Site. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the Site only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Site if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. OddityMall is a publication, not your seller
OddityMall publishes editorial information about unusual products, gadgets, inventions, designs, gift ideas, campaigns, and third-party offers. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, OddityMall does not manufacture, stock, sell, ship, repair, warrant, or provide customer service for the products it covers.
A transaction takes place between you and the retailer, manufacturer, marketplace, crowdfunding platform, payment service, or other third party you select. That party controls its price, taxes, inventory, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, subscriptions, warranties, privacy practices, and purchase terms. Contact the party named on your receipt or account for help with a transaction.
Product information reflects sources and circumstances available when content was written or meaningfully updated. Verify current price, currency, availability, measurements, compatibility, safety information, age guidance, campaign status, delivery estimates, seller identity, and regional restrictions before relying on or purchasing a product.
How the site is funded
3. Affiliate links, advertising, and editorial independence
OddityMall participates in affiliate programs, including Amazon Associates and other retailer or referral programs. We may receive a commission or other benefit when you click a qualifying link and complete a purchase or action. This ordinarily does not increase the price you pay.
The Site also displays advertising and may publish sponsored or commercially supported material. A material commercial relationship should be disclosed where it applies. Payment, a product sample, an affiliate relationship, or a submission does not guarantee favorable coverage or inclusion. OddityMall retains editorial control over what it publishes, how it describes a product, and whether content remains on the Site.
Rankings, popular lists, gift guides, categories, filters, and recommendations are discovery tools, not personalized professional advice or a guarantee of quality, safety, fit, value, availability, or satisfaction.
4. Site content and permitted use
The Site and its original selection, arrangement, writing, graphics, branding, code, and other content are owned by OddityMall or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Product names, company names, logos, images, videos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
OddityMall grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal, non-commercial browsing. This license does not transfer ownership or permit you to reproduce, republish, sell, license, remove notices from, publicly display, create a competing collection from, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission or another valid legal basis.
Ordinary links to public OddityMall pages are welcome. Reasonable quotation for criticism, commentary, news reporting, or another use permitted by law may be allowed, but these Terms do not expand or restrict rights that applicable law independently provides.
5. Messages, product submissions, and other material you provide
When you send information through a Site form or email, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are permitted to provide it, and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
For a product submission, you grant OddityMall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, copy, review, verify, edit, and internally share the submitted text and links for editorial evaluation. If you own or are authorized to provide submitted media or promotional material, you also grant OddityMall permission to use, adapt, display, and promote that material in connection with resulting OddityMall coverage. Identify any material that requires separate permission before publication.
A submission does not create an obligation to review, reply, publish, keep confidential, return material, provide attribution beyond what the law or an applicable agreement requires, or remove independent criticism. Do not submit trade secrets, unreleased confidential information, passwords, payment data, or material you are not authorized to share.
Copyright, trademark, attribution, and content-removal notices are governed by the separate Copyright Policy and Content Removal process. Privacy requests are governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Site to:
- Violate law, another person’s rights, or these Terms.
- Submit fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, infringing, malicious, or unlawfully discriminatory material.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, submit a false legal claim, or conceal a material commercial relationship in a product pitch.
- Introduce malware, probe or bypass security, interfere with forms or rate limits, or gain unauthorized access to systems or information.
- Use automated requests in a manner that disregards published access controls, overloads the Site, circumvents technical restrictions, or materially interferes with ordinary operation.
- Harvest contact information, send spam, or use the Site to promote an unlawful scheme.
- Frame, mirror, reproduce, or create a competing commercial database from substantial portions of the Site without permission.
Search engines and other good-faith services may crawl public pages when they respect applicable robots instructions, rate limits, and technical controls. We may restrict, suspend, or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site or others.
7. Third-party sites, products, and services
The Site links to and may embed content from third parties. A link, mention, image, embed, or inclusion in an article does not mean OddityMall owns, controls, warrants, or universally endorses that party or its current conduct. Third-party pages can change, disappear, become unavailable, or contain different information after we link to them.
Your use of a third-party site, product, campaign, or service is at your own discretion and is governed by that party’s terms, privacy policy, and customer-service process. Evaluate the seller, product, safety information, shipping terms, and transaction before proceeding.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” OddityMall disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not guarantee that a product is safe, legal, authentic, available, suitable, compatible, deliverable to your location, or accurately represented by a third party. Site content is general editorial information and entertainment, not legal, financial, medical, engineering, safety, or other professional advice.
Some jurisdictions do not permit particular warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddityMall and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Site, third-party content, a product, a transaction, or these Terms, even if advised that such damage was possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddityMall’s aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to OddityMall for the specific Site service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months or US $100. Purchases from third parties are not amounts paid to OddityMall.
Applicable law may not allow some limitations, exclusions, or liability caps. In that event, they apply only to the extent permitted.
10. Responsibility for your misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OddityMall and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or material you submit that infringes another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from OddityMall’s own unlawful conduct.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any non-waivable right you may have, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
Before filing a claim, please send a written description to [email protected] and allow a reasonable opportunity to address the issue informally. This paragraph does not shorten a legal deadline or prevent either party from seeking urgent relief when appropriate.
12. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms as the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Updated Terms apply when posted unless another date is stated. If you continue using the Site after an update takes effect, you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum permitted extent and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the business. These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, are the agreement between you and OddityMall concerning the Site.
