The Lightmark is a bookmark that sits atop your book that resembles a reading light or a spotlight and shines a beam of light into into the page where you left off, and is a creative way to add a little fun to the lifeless task of reading a physical book. Me personally, when I read, I need to stare at a bright white screen with small black text, which after a few hours of reading will make my eyeballs bleed. Designed by Peleg Design, a product design company based out of Israel that is also the creators of unique items such as Mr Sponge, the Sword Fly Swatter, and the Hotman Pot Holder. Plus if your kids are Pixar movie fans, they might feel right at home, as the light somewhat resembles the Pixar logo ‘Luxo’.
The Lightmark reading light bookmark is available in white, grey, and red colors to choose from, and measures 4.3 inches tall x 1.8 inches wide x 0.8 inches thick.
