Water Balloon Russian Roulette

I've never seen why people play Russian roulette with real bullets when you could play with water balloons and have the same effect. You could even hire a petting zoo, and maybe a clown to go with it, you could really make a whole day of it. Each trigger pull tightens the grip of the water balloon until someone dies. It comes recommended that woman where white shirts while playing... It must be some sort of safety regulation.
