I would describe the halfbike as a cross somewhere between a penny-farthing and a Segway, as you stand up and peddle like you would on some sort of workout machine, and you steer by just leaning left and right. Riding the halfbike is a smooth ride and makes you feel like you are gliding and similar to the Me-Mover, will most likely scare people and make them question their own existence. The Halfbike is great for commuting around the city, is compact enough to carry up stairs or on to elevators, and is currently in a funding phase on Kickstarter, so go reserve yours now, and be sure to check out the Halfbike in action via the video below. Also shouldn’t it be called a HalfTrike? Or are those supposed to be some sort of training wheels?
