Often times when I work out, my arms get so toned sculpted and swollen that I can’t raise my arms up past my head. My body becomes so jacked and ripped that my arms no longer work properly for a few hours. Other than the attractive females that are in constant need of my attention, this can raise a real problem when in the shower trying to wash the back of your neck, scratching an itch on the top of your head, or even talking on the phone.
